FAQs
We recommend booking 6-8 months ahead for peak season (May-October) and 4-6 months for off-peak times. Popular pieces like arches and specialty centrepieces book quickly, especially for summer celebrations, but we occasionally have last-minute availability.
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before your celebration. We also collect a refundable security deposit that's returned once all items are checked back in perfect condition.
Normal wear and minor damage are covered by your rental fee. Significant damage comes out of your security deposit. We walk through the full damage policy at your consultation, so nothing about it is ever a surprise.
We proudly serve Durham Region, including Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, and surrounding communities. Delivery and setup are included in our pricing within our primary service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside Durham Region.
Cancellations 90+ days before your celebration receive a full deposit refund minus a small administrative fee. For postponements, we're happy to transfer your deposit to a new date within 12 months.
You can adjust your selections up to 30 days before your celebration, subject to availability. Adding items is usually easy. Reducing items follows our standard cancellation terms.
